"There's biblical significance to the name Emmaus, but it's better known to me as a tiny gift shop my dad used to own in Koreatown during my childhood. Not much happened there, but it was still my personal Disneyland because of the adventures I shared with my dad in LA. These memories along with many others filled my mind during my last week with him in the hospital, and while he's now resting in eternal paradise, his legacy lives through these memories and the gifts he had left behind for me and my family. With music being the best gift I myself can offer, I created this album as a symbol of who my dad was and what he went through to develop me into who I am today." - Adrian Kim (Ceramiks)
